Investments will range from USD$25 million to USD$ 5 billon per project.

​

The investment criteria is:

​

1. Revenue and or/ balance sheet assets totaaling at least US$ 20 million

​

2. Operating capital of at least US$ 1 million

​

3. A preference for non-controlling interests in both public and private entities (maximum 49% shareholding).

​

4. Private companies must commit to going public on a major global stock exchange  within three years of investment.

​

5. A strong and committed management team with a proven track record.

*The P.E Firm does not wish to take seats on the Board.*

6. Industry and geographic focus are not limiting factors.
